Design/Development

Facilitation

Our resources consider themselves facilitators rather than trainers, facilitation require a specialized skill-set different from standard instructional/training techniques.  Our facilitators have run hundred’s of meetings, team events, workshops, training courses and a wide variety of events with unique objectives and outcomes.    When an event is facilitated, organizations recognize they cannot afford for the meeting/event to have no purpose, attendee’s need to stay on track and the process needs to be effectively managed from opening to close.

Training
