Lemmex Group offers a broad spectrum of customized management and supervisory skills training. Our programs are designed to help managers, supervisors and team leaders create a work environment that is built on respect and encourages and promotes personal growth.
Our programs focus on the "people or soft skills" required to be effective in todays rapidly changing and diverse marketplace and on the business skills needed for pursuing excellence.
Management and supervisory programs range from just a
couple of days to several weeks depending on the needs of the client. Because
managers and supervisors cannot be away from the workplace for long periods
of time, Lemmex is flexible in its design and delivery. Programs can be delivered
in short, modular sessions spaced out over time or can be provided in consecutive
days at the Lemmex Training Centre or in residence.
